A New Kitchen Perspective
From every detail to the owner's vision, this kitchen remodel involved everything from slight alterations to a whole new layout and perspective. First off, we eliminated a peninsula cabinet that closed the kitchen in and made it feel cramped. Instead of losing cabinet space, we added new cabinetry along the length of an already existing wall. This new layout allowed us to relocate the refrigerator, as well as provide more room for the built in oven.
“Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine our kitchen would ever look like this! It's amazing how some simple movements and fresh touches can literally change your life!”
The overall look of the kitchen is much more open, creating a more user-friendly cooking area; plus, it puts ample spacing between large appliances to maintain an evenly weighted look. All the drawers feature slow close guides; the countertops are Quartz with a gorgeous travertine backsplash. Done in alder wood, the cabinetry has a flawless palomino glaze finish. New lighting, paint, and flooring finish this kitchen off perfectly!
