Addition and Complete Kitchen Remodel
With the homeowner’s vision, we helped design the new addition area and first floor remodel. The new dining area has a large dual sliding 8' tall sliding glass door unit, and a built in wine bar. We installed all new recessed lighting and ceiling fans throughout, with pendant lights over the kitchen island and under cabinet lighting at kitchen cabinets. Striking granite countertops with double ogee edge and custom lower apron detail at island area bring this whole space together.

In addition, we added approximately 650 square feet for a new great room, kids play room, office, and powder room. And, the exterior of the home also received a makeover with a beautiful combination of stacked stone and stucco.
